Where we ship

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your bag is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, or email contact@match-a-mood.com with your order number.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt, and our shipping partner generally delivers within the windows above. We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a parcel has been dispatched.
