Easy returns, no drama.

We want you to love your bag. If you don't, we'll make it easy to return it.

Return eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided your bag is:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging

Items that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Starting a return takes about 2 minutes. Here's how:

  1. Visit our returns portal: Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and postal code you used at checkout
  3. Select the items you want to return and follow the instructions

Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service - we can't be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or faulty items

If your bag arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you - including return shipping.
