Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
Email us at contact@match-a-mood.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intention to cancel.

Conditions:

• The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the goods.
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund:
We will refund the full purchase price (including original delivery costs for standard shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
